Biography

Christopher Payne

Chris is a top-level violinst who has performed all around New England as well as Europe and the Far East. He has a broad and diverse repertoire of songs in a range of styles that can be arranged to meet your needs.

Born in England and classically trained, though his journey led him to discover a larger musical world including jazz and a whole gamut of world music.

Chris holds a BA in Music from Dartington College of Arts (Devon, England) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Jazz from London's Guildhall School of Music.
